While Hoist is open-plan, it’s been architecturally designed to respond to different business needs – with a blend of shared desk areas, team pods, private offices, break-out spaces and meeting rooms.

Established in 2017, Hoist was the brainchild of Mirvac, a leading integrated property company with $18 billion
of assets under management – and hundreds of thousands of customers around Australia.
Originally located at Australian Technology Park, Hoist was designed to be the hub of a new innovation precinct.
The concept: to connect emerging businesses with Mirvac’s established network of resources, giving them the ‘leg up’ they needed to succeed.
Hoist has grown to become a thriving space for innovators, home to a host of emerging and established businesses. As the owner and manager of our building, Mirvac remains closely involved with Hoist, and continues to help ‘hoist’ our tenants’ businesses by sharing connections and opportunities.

From our zero-waste commitment and recycling strategy, to our bike parking and support of local suppliers, we’re making it easier for everyone in our community to live more sustainable lives.
